Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We gladly accept returns for store credit only.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your item is faulty we will of course offer a refund.
How it works:
- If you'd like to exchange your item, we ask that you send it back to us, and we’ll issue store credit once it’s received and checked.
- You can then use your store credit to purchase the item you'd like instead.
- We recommend placing your new order ASAP - stock is limited and we can’t hold items while waiting for your return. If you wait, your desired item may sell out before your store credit is issued. So you don't pay twice, we will refund your original order once the return arrives instead of the store credit.
Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable items:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
